RMI Access Telemedicine and Case Management provide 24/7 year-round access to licensed medical providers trained in industrial injury management in all 50 states. The telemedicine service gives workers access via chat or video; or telephone if internet service is unavailable. RMI Access Case Management tracks and manages clinical visits, appointments and ongoing treatment for injured employees from the time of the injury or illness until they return to work or their case transitions to a workers’ compensation team. Complementing this service, RMI InSights provides real-time reports, alerts, and analytics within HIPAA guidelines. These include types of injuries and the sites where they occur, accessible from a customizable customer web-based dashboard.
