Wager will oversee the strategic direction, expansion, and operation of Remote Medical International’s product offering worldwide. An exemplary leader with a proven track record of success, Wager offers over three decades of leadership experience in the medical technology and venture capital fields and is able to leverage his deep understanding of the global healthcare environment to accelerate performance, drive business decisions, and effectively manage operational growth.

Wager was most recently founder and CEO of JeNu Biosciences, a technology-driven skincare company. Prior to that, he was CEO of Confirma, a company that developed and marketed computer-aided-detection (CAD) systems for medical imaging. He managed Confirma from the development stage to sale of the company to Merge Healthcare.
Wager was in the venture capital business for twenty years, first as a partner in Cable & Howse Ventures and then with Encompass Ventures. His primary investment focus was early-stage medical device, medical information technology, and biotech businesses. He also had a major role in the founding of NeoPath, a leading medical diagnostics company in Seattle.
